Reordering is one click, not one afternoon

When something drops below its threshold, open the Suppliers tab and press Email supplier. Extelia builds the purchase order for you — supplier name and address, every low item, quantities, your last paid unit cost and the line totals — then opens it in your own email app, already addressed to that supplier, so you just read it over and hit send. Prefer paper or a PDF? Generate PO and Print give you the same document print-ready.

Nothing is ever sent behind your back — you always see the draft first and can edit a single word before it goes out.
